There is not concept like magic diet that can help you lose weight in no time. Only logic that can work is to eat healthy foods to lose weight. For example, if you eat foods with lots of fiber then they are low in calorie and take longer for digestion. It means you don’t feel hungry immediately. Salads: Tomatoes, beetroot, capsicum, carrot, cucumber, and lettuce are low in calories. You can have 3-4 servings of salads a day. To add flavor, you can use salt, lemon, and curd so that salads taste better.

High fiber cereals: High fibers cereals are also low in calories and great source of fiber. Oats, rice, wheat flakes, and corn flakes are considered as high fiber cereals. Make them compulsory in your breakfast rather than having high calorie items like bread-butter and meat.

Oranges: One average size orange has 48 calories and one glass orange juice has only 115 calories. Oranges also take time for peeling and sectioning. It means you eat less in same time. Oranges are great source of vitamin C.
Potatoes: Surprised entry but people make mistake in cooking style. Fried potatoes are higher in calories but if they are steamed or baked, they are as good as salads.  Potatoes contain only 97 calories. Avoid sweet potatoes and fried potatoes.
Curds: Curd is perfect food as a source of protein, calcium, and vitamins. If curd is made from cow milk, it only has 56 calories. Add some sliced fruits and dried fruits in curd and it will taste like dessert. You can also add curd in salads and fruits for taste.
Water: One research shows that those people who don’t distinguish between thirst and hunger are more likely to put on weight because they eat foods when they actually need water. Water is good source to filling up and it has no calories. If you can’t drink 5-6 liters of plain water a day then have coconut water, buttermilk, watermelon juice, and soups because all these have higher amount of water in them.
Popcorn: Popcorn is also good food with low calorie. Make sure that you eat air popped popcorn made without butter, oil, and salt.
